These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdbd88 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bdbd88 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, and promotional offers.

By registering an account, accessing the bdbd88 Login page, placing a bet, playing a game, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the bdbd88 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

Eligibility requirements: You must be at least 21 years of age. You must be located in Bangladesh at the time of registration and during ongoing use of the platform. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of bdbd88 and its affiliated game studios are not eligible to hold player accounts.

One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple bonuses or circumvent account restrictions will be closed immediately. All funds in duplicate accounts will be forfeited. bdbd88 uses device fingerprinting, IP tracking, and payment method matching to identify duplicate registrations.

Account verification (KYC): bdbd88 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. You must submit requested documents within 7 calendar days of the request. Failure to do so may result in your account being suspended until verification is complete.

All monetary amounts on the bdbd88 platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods are bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. bdbd88 does not currently support international credit or debit card transactions or cryptocurrency deposits.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your bdbd88 wallet are available for betting and gaming immediately upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider. bdbd88 does not charge a fee on any deposit. Minimum deposit amounts are ৳100 for bKash and Nagad, and ৳200 for Rocket and Upay. Maximum single deposit limits apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same mobile financial service account used to make your most recent deposit. bdbd88 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing time is under 15 minutes. During periods of high demand or system maintenance, processing may take up to 24 hours. bdbd88 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Fraud and chargebacks: Any attempt to conduct fraudulent transactions, initiate unjustified chargebacks, or exploit payment system errors is a material breach of these Terms. bdbd88 reserves the right to suspend accounts under investigation, reverse fraudulent transactions, and pursue recovery of any funds obtained through fraud.

bdbd88 offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

Wagering requirements: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier applicable to each offer is stated in that offer's individual terms. Wagering on certain games (for example, live dealer roulette or specific low-margin slots) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward meeting the wagering requirement.

Bonus abuse: bdbd88 monitors betting patterns for evidence of bonus abuse including but not limited to: placing bets on opposing outcomes to guarantee completion of wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, and using automated betting software. Where bonus abuse is detected, bdbd88 reserves the right to void all related bonuses and winnings, close the account, and withhold any remaining balance pending investigation.

Promotional changes: bdbd88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated through the platform's promotions page.

Users of the bdbd88 platform are expected to conduct themselves in a lawful and fair manner at all times. The following actions constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and a permanent ban from the platform:

bdbd88 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or free from technical errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party payment outages, or extraordinary circumstances may affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bdbd88 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from: platform downtime; loss of data; errors in odds or game displays; delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers; or any event outside bdbd88's reasonable control.

bdbd88's total aggregate liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the bdbd88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

Governing law: These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law. Any dispute arising from the use of the bdbd88 platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Complaints: If you have a complaint about any aspect of the bdbd88 service, please contact our support team at support@bdbd88.org. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and provide a full resolution within 7 business days. All complaints must be submitted within 30 days of the event giving rise to the complaint.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.
